Will disability Judges ask me questions that they already know the answers to?

  • These are known as trick questions, and they are with some judges, very common. They usually involve a question that is answered in your record already, whereby you answer in a manner that is not consistent with the record, and the Judge will then ask smaller concentric circle questions until he has you on the ropes.  The easiest thing to remember, is that drugs, smoking, and alcohol are the hot topics for these questions.  Ask your Disability Resolution, P.A. attorney for some trick questions that will help explain what you should do when you are caught answering a question in a way that is not consistent with the record.
